Scope of the call

The client is looking for experts who have previously worked at Tech services/ Tech consulting companies and have been involved deeply with supporting Tech Captive centres (in-house Tech services centres setup in India by large MNCs such as Google, Citibank, Target, JP Morgan etc). They may have worked on the strategy for such Captive centres or been involved in the execution of setting up/ expansion of the Captive centres in India for these MNC clients.

  • What are the various business models for a Tech services player (such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro) in supporting setup of Captive centre? (e.g., BOT, Virtual captive etc..)
