Scope of the call

We are looking for advisors with an objective to set up / manage / revamp the offshore operations in India for a Global financial service company (concentrated into payments / remittances). Candidates who bring extensive experience in following 2 key divisions of offshore KPO/BPO units : 1. Information Technology including, infrastructure, application development & testing, network and security and IT support and asset management; 2. Operations including, transaction processing, reconciliations and book keeping, Customer Contact Centre and support functions such as compliance & risk monitoring (Sanctions and surveillance), HR Admin and Finance Prior experience with payment service providers such as Western Union, Weizmann Forex will be preferred.
