Scope of the call

The Client would like to Connect with Ex-Partners and Sr.Partners to discuss and understand the below questions. Questions: What is the detailed list of project topics that consulting companies ( MBB, Big 4, Accenture) work on with banks and if say revenue for consulting firms from such projects is 100%, what % will be each of such topics? What is the typical scope of these projects, is Tech. consulting or implementation also a part of scope, if yes do you do it yourself or by any other firm (through RFP process)? What is the key value proposition because of which you won these projects? How did you deliver these projects- Team size & profile, Duration, revenue, assets used for delivery (tools, frameworks, past case experience etc.)? Are there any topics in which banks need consulting help but which are currently not catered to by your firm? What is the client feedback for such projects (things that worked well/ things that can be improved)? Key trends observed for upcoming consulting projects in BFSI sector? At the end of this call I should be able to have 3 comprehensive list of project topics that banks engage consulting firms for (1 each for MBB, Big4 and tech. Cos. Like Accenture) and corresponding details mentioned earlier
